WAY is crafted with the purpose of helping the employees / members to explore, reach and get the desired brand content without searching on web or any other platform, easily and instantly while learning, interacting and sharing with each other.

As a Digital Project Management and Design Lead, I created the project idea and led the design efforts and project management plan of the project. The project gathered huge interest, in a way to bring the convenience and different way of social interaction to all internal employees and staff.
CHALLENGES

WAY is started with one problem statement: How can we get our desired brand visuals instantly without asking anyone?

With the involvement of brand department, I learned that brand employee uses a tool to get the visual that they want. I used the tool for long time to gather information that I need; in the end everybody agreed on that the tool was so complicated, hard and slow, and the
content was not rich as supposed to be.
DISCOVERY

I talked with the certain employees around the world to define main user needs to create best tool to meet all requirements and create convenience around the company.

After all long feedback sessions, we learned that user needs were simple and common: Employees want to reach the desired brand content without searching on web or any other platform, easily and instantly while interacting and sharing with each other.
